This agreement specifies the rules and  expectations of all subcontractor’s doing work for ViewPoint Consumer Reporting (VCR). Please read, fill out all information and submit the form.

1. The relationship between the Investigator and VCR is that of a contractor and subcontractor, not an employee and employer. No taxes will be withheld from fees or reimbursement. If you are paid over $600.00 in a calendar year, VCR will issue you and the IRS a 1099 listing the amount of fees you were paid.

2. When on an investigation, you will be working under the Private Investigator's license for VCR. All information the you gather will be held in confidence and not shared with publicly or privately. Sharing information learned while on an investigation with any social media site, such as Yelp, is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment for jobs will be on a per report basis and the fees and reimbursement are always defined before the start of the job. Payment for work done in one month will be paid on or before the 20th of the next month. Payment will be made via PayPal or check, which ever is selected by the auditor.

4. When performing work for VCR, the auditor will be working with the knowledge of the staff being audited. To ensure secrecy, the auditor will not reveal that they are performing an audit. Any recording devices shall be hidden and silent. Recordings will not be used in any report, but the recording can be used to refresh the memory of the auditor. Any written notes should be taken in the restroom.

5. The online report must be submitted within 48 hours of the completion of the shop. Work that is turned in late may be subject to loss of fees and/or reimbursement.

6. If the instruction on the assignment sheet or in the assignment email are not adhered to, the report may not be used. Unusable reports are not paid for.

7. The forms, questionnaires and surveys used by the auditor to complete any work for VCR are the sole property of VCR and will not be shared with other persons or companies.
